Ideologies and Anti-System

Some people can’t understand why groups that seem to share similar ideologies often end up being more hostile toward each other than toward those with opposing views.

It’s actually quite simple — they only appear to be similar.

Most people just accept statements from others without truly researching, questioning, or understanding whether those claims have any substance or are merely empty rhetoric.

Normally, a genuine left-wing, social-democratic party would have as its biggest opponent the parties that undermine its ideology, not the right-wing. Because the real threat to leftist ideals often comes from within, from those who claim to represent them but in fact compromise them.

When it comes to the right, the situation is clearer. Right-wing ideology tends to represent the interests of the top 1% and those immediately below them, along with those paid to defend their interests.

The only way the right sometimes manages to win votes beyond this core group is by creating false leftist movements that ultimately weaken the real left.

I won’t get into detailed arguments about the differences between authentic and fake left-wing movements because I don’t support any representative system, whether left or right. But anyone curious can look at Nordic countries to see what social democracy truly means — which often has little in common with the so-called “left” parties in many Western countries.

Ultimately, sooner or later, all representative systems, even if they start with a good ideology or philosophy, inevitably end up becoming oppressors.

Any group that comes to power will govern in its own interest, using either the “left” or “right” label.

You can’t create a government program without referencing one of these two sides and without having a long-term project you intend to impose by force.

My issue is mainly with those who claim to be “anti-system,” but are actually just factions or wings of the same existing representative system.

In the end, they too can only have a left or right ideology since they want to govern. What they claim is that they would be more honest and less corrupt, but it’s mostly rhetoric
